The following contractors, subcontractors, air quality testing companies, remediators, public adjusters and consultants have executed a PLEDGE OF PROFESSIONALISM. This pledge is a requirement for listing and provides POA members an assurance that the contractors listed herein meet the higher ethical and professional standards as required by POA. It should be noted that neither POA nor any of its officers receives any financial compensation from these referrals as we never want to put ourselves in a position of conflict of interest.
Any contractor, hygienist, remediator, public adjuster or consultant NOT willing to sign these pledges should be avoided.
New companies will be added as they execute the POA pledge.
POA receives no compensation or referral fees for its recommendations and no company referred by POA is allowed to be a full member of POA. Hence, our referrals are pure and untainted by any financial motivation.
If POA receives complaints on a listed contractor, that contractor will be removed from the list immediately.
